Title: F03 & NV question

Is it possbile to play Fallout 3 in New Vegas after copying the BSA's from the data folder and then load it with the New Vegas or play all at the same time?

I'm not really sure, I think the game would mostly crash because it wouldn't understand which game to run if the both are selected. And if you'd try with only FO3 it would still miss a lot of data files which are located in FO3's game directory.
