Exactly, and there are already a lot of topics to deal with problems.
You could also use SEARCH (http://fodev.net/forum/index.php?action=search) which helps you to find anything you want. :)
Also, check THIS (http://fodev.net/forum/index.php?topic=3853.0) topic. You'll find probably all solutions there. (Including the server-down part.)
