Title: An other function of Fuel Cell Controller

After finding an FCC and using it for building a Cockroach I was quite disappointed by that car especially by all the time "wasted" for getting one. But what do you guys think about using FCC for other things, like upgrading your other cars for lower fuel consumption and/or higher speed?
Installing it might require:
a) bringing the car and the FCC to Junkyard and showing the key (so no lockpicked cars) for the owner + giving some caps
b) installing by player after repair and/or science check

b) will just make people stay in their caves, but a) is good idea. But what's so bad about lock-picked cars? No point in having to have a key. Anyway, yes, being able to upgrade for lower fuel consumption is great idea.

agreed and bring back Fuel cell regulator - add it to random encounters the same as fuel cell controller

But what's so bad about lock-picked cars? No point in having to have a key.

I don't know how the game works, but pointing to the right car might be tricky if there are more than one of the same kind on that location. But if the developers can do this I don't mind.

I think we should be able to scavenge vehicles, with the possibility of repairing one using parts recovered from others. Even if would encourage alting.

I once made a suggestion titled "Rethinking cars" but I don't think it was successful :P

If it allows players to interact through "taxi companies" instead of shooting each other at TC, I don't see it as a negative thing.

You mean player A offers player B taxi, players A and B enter map containing car, player B kills player A and takes car.

Seriously I'm not so fond of the car idea its ok and good add on but somehow makes me feel that poor choosen one is getting laughed at how much pain it took for him/her to get a car when our 'nobody' wastelanders get one so easily.

Allow Fuel Cell Controller to be used in making Magneto Gatling Laser.

Perhaps along with Fuel Cell Regulator.
