Title: Ncr free for taking.

A bunch of players (CIRMOS TB,bloodman 220,and other guys) are grid camping vortis,and guards are doing nothing to stop that.Since i think the reputation abuse feature was removed,i am wondering,what the hell is happening in ncr..?Pre wipe madness already..?

There are very few guards at that entrance.  You only really need to kill 2 guards and maybe one or two more if any from below.

Stupid guards have infinite FoV, if you'll punch someone in doctor's toilet, guards from whole town will run there leaving NCR bazaar and Vortis without protection.
Now there're alot rangers spawned, also here's a screenshot of how guards' AI works:

Seems all the guards around that area were dead, therefore they could kill as they please.

There seems to be a bug with the Slavers and the Rangers at that grid. I think the cause is because someone has bad rep with the slavers, and when the Slavers attack this player, NCR guards react and begin a fight with them.

It's possible that the Rangers here are put to the Slaver faction instead of NCR? No idea :/

No I just said few bad words to Vortis, he shot me and they start kill each other, the funniest thing is NCR guards were protecting slavers from NCR rangers... or opposite, anyway NCR guards were shooting NCR rangers, slaughter was until all were dead and reinforecements came.

Villified in NCR works, too.

Just enter map at Vortis- Bazaar you just die and get no AI feedback reward.
