Title: Add new message to tips

for the forum messages(those under the big FOnline 2238 screen) add the sentence:
"If you where treated whrong from a GM contact overseer@fonline2238.com"

or something

for all the random"got baned for nothing/ for shit motive" treads that apeared

So how would this work? Youll try to login 20 times after u can't do it once and read a tip? Simply provide this "tip" in server log on the left side of the screen upon accessing banned account.

under the FOnline 2238 logo there are some "tips" now i see "If you are new to FOnline: 2238, you might want to check out the Survival Guides board." but i can see "Everything else is dead or dying"

so just add some sort of message if players haven't been treated fair
