Title: Recharge Geiger counter

After some time the geiger counter stops working. What about a function to load up some SEC in it to work again? Or a chance to repair it?

Huh, this function is already IG... Drop it on ground and use your sec/mfc on it. And don't forget to turn it off next time.

Oh, thanks. I was trying to right clicking it to reload like weapons.
