RLs totally sucks in small pvp and they were fiting with them like with avangers or what. :D

Got to say that was a nice merc attack.  However I disapprove of the way you just let them roam wherever.  if you have the chance you need to let them reload and regen aps.  You'll notice the mercs running toward enemies and just standing there, (waiting for aps to regen) which is bad tactics.

but hey you killed em all without any casualties and that's an A+ in my book.

Reminds me of a very similar fight against TTTLA.  I lost most my whole squad and had to buy a few extra quickly though.  (it was in virgin street so replacing mercs wasn't much hassle)

A well realized video, I must say. But the content is null : NPCs killing random non organized players, who were probably bored at that hour. Another proof of the deficient merc system. You didn't give them any order at all, btw.

He couldn't give them orders because mercs were set to auto-attack evertything that moves.
Giving orders in that case is practically impossible.

Auto-attack every wastelander should be removed from merc orders outside bases/tents, or at least give them like 1 second delay after they see enemy for auto-attack order.

yes as shangalar said it is possible.  Once you tell follower to "Stop all actions" it negates the auto-attack until the enemy player exits and re-enters line of sight (however the mercs can see through buildings so unless they're running that's unlikely to happen in middle of fight)

It was funny to watch that video, nice job Fass. Btw i was killed by your mercs with gauss pistol at gecko mine, u're quite skilled selecting the time to enter.but i had a nice revenge when killed all your mercenaries ) Good luck and cya in game!

It seems, that after removing supermutant mercs from game - game became not so interesting. If it will be 1 second delay - noone wants to use mercs, because they will be useless. Lets imagine - you (with 4-5 mercs) enter enc in RT (town  entrance) and 2 players with LSW and 2 bursts waiting for you.....Or those 2 players with LSW enter your enc....... You wouldnt survive 95%.... And i think it needs some experience to play with mercs.Once (long time ago) I lost my 5 supermutants in 20sec,  when TTTLA snipers staying far from grid and shoot me easy :-\

You need a good spotter. The merc leader can be braindead as long as he knows to enter the right place when asked.
