It would be just a small feature, but it might have interesting results if implemented. The idea is that, when you kill or find a dead player, you can get the Archives stored in his/her Pip-Boy.
I thought of two ways in which it could work:
1) When looting the corpse, a holodisk appears in the dead one's inventory (one for each Archive). I have read that with the bounty system, Dog Tags could appear on players' corpses so if it was so, I suppose coding this would be possible.
2) When looting the corpse, the Archives are added directly to your Pip-Boy. This could also include a message like "You have copied some archives from this dead wastelander's Pip-Boy."
EDIT:
maybe you could steal part of their map too (but not the whole thing), revealing parts that you haven't explored yet.
But of course not Bases or Tents. Only map squares and probably places like Train Stations army Sierra Army Depot ("neutral" locations which are not shown util a NPC tells you about them).

Like this. Makes sense.

That could be fun.
Unlike dog tags the archives should only be available to the first person looting the corpse. So no sharing archives with other people.

Unless you dont allows your friends to kill you.

Just make the Archive a "Folder" on your Pipboy that leads to a nested pipboy- that way you don't have a lot of clutter/huge stacks of Holodiscs.

PIP to PIP connection. P2P XD
