Title: Problems joining the Enclave

Hi, im right now in Navarro and i can't join. I've read the wiki and Chris he doesn't give any quest to join the enclave. I have 3 Charisma , how can i  do it?

You need to have 60 microfusion cells in your inventory when you talk to him. Also, you cannot belong to another npc faction or player faction when joining the Enclave.

Hey thanks a lot! im gonna try again, a fuckin pk killed me around navarro and ive lost everything
