Yeah, well i have a char with 3 on charisma and sometimes i can barter, but, when then the time is out (it should be a bit longer) sometimes i cant barter again, i tried login out but i still cant trade... please some one help me, i dont know if it is a bug or is something im doing wrong, but as far as i know, i can barter a NPC at least 3 charisma...

If you let the timer at the barter screen run out, sometimes it gives you difficulty initiating a new barter.
Sometimes it works to exit the map and re-enter.
It's annoying when it happens, so it's better to exit the barter screen before your time runs out.
I think it's a known bug, so hopefully it will be fixed :)

it happends while youre in the screen to define the amount of what you want to sell to him, when time running out on that screen you won´t able to reopen tradewindow.

To fix, exit game (close the application, just loggin off and reloggin isnt enough) and you get barter back.
