Title: Question about Armorer 3? Where can you get it?

I keep being told that it is unobtainable and that you can't get it by either joining Brotherhood (Jenna) or Joining Enclave (Armstrong).
Is this true and if so this is kind of messed since I already have Arm 2 and SG 1 was really hoping for Arm 3 to complete the build.

Armorer 3 should be available, my friend got it not too long ago.

Still it is possible it broke lately.

you can still get armorer 3 even if you have SG 1

you need this:
    * Armorer [2].
    * 180% Repair.
    * 7 Strength .
    * 4500 caps (2500 caps if you have at least 7 Intelligence and you get it from Armstrong in Navarro).

Actually you can't join the Brotherhood of Steel at the moment, cause of a bug, but you can still join the Enclave. These guys are not as cool as the 'hood, but it's better than nothing.

I'm not sure whether wiki is correct or not, but I remmember those money required wrong ( had 6 int and 5 char and been charged for 2500 if i remmember ).
Also expect this to be moved section lower :d.
