Wait, maybe you can. By installing Linux (i readed somewhere that is possible) and then installing FOnline, but i'm not sure about the result.

Wait, Fallout wasnt a Windows game? I'm losin' some stuff.
If the graphic isnt screwed up in Windows 7 usin' DOSBox, i must get a DOS version!

BTW, i dunno how to install Linux on PS3, and i dunno if yo will still being able to use normal PS3 system/games. My suggestion is to fix your PC ASAP.

You need to download Linux from Linux's website, but i dont know how do you install it.
I HIGLY suggest lookin' in the web for some guide for it, and also make a backup of EVERYTHING. From the saved games to the actual PS3 system. Shit happens mon, and if it doesnt happen it RAINS!

Your PS3 firmware should be 3.20 or lower to install OtherOS (which is Linux, in fact). If you have a later version, then the only way to install it is a homebrew, which is illegal. Also, that's very unlikely that you'll be able to do it with just by PS3 built-in browser, even your console fit requirements from above.

Well, I didn't tried it by myself, but as far as I know, you can simply switch between GameOS and OtherOS when necessary. Try to google it.
