Title: Redding Base Seller?

I was hoping to buy a new cave from redding so my friends and I could have a faction and a base of operations. I went to redding to look for "the trapper in the main bar" that sells bases, as vaguely suggested on the wiki. There isn't any trapper, but there's this mysterious guy in the Malamute Saloon wearing metal armor who says "piss off." when we try to talk to him. Is that the guy that sells bases?

Also, the link from the wiki to the list of available faction names is dead. Is there a place to get a current list of available faction names?

i believe its suppose to be the bald leather armour guy in the corner. check if names are available etc.

Also you could have just posted this into Q&A thread. Consider it next time.

List on wiki holds only few existing factions, if you talk about "Player-driven factions (http://www.fo2238.fodev.net/wiki/Player-driven_factions)". About available names, see this post (http://fodev.net/forum/index.php?topic=19.msg149467#msg149467).
