Title: (Interface) Reload weapon button/keyboard shortcut

I think there should be a simple "reload weapon" button/keyboard shortcut.  I don't think that it adds to playability that you have to struggle with interface in the heat of battle. Nor does it make it "pr0". It's just bad design. The awkward reloading in this game comes from the simple fact that Fallout interface was made strictly for turn based fights with unlimited time to decide and click buttons. Reimplemented almost 1:1 in mostly realtime FOnline it's clunky and inconvenient (it's getting better though especially with mods). End of rant.

I think that's planned (as the "super stimpack" button is planned, reload button is pretty obvious too).

We've tested either of them half a year ago.
Reload hotkey is awesome.
Hotkey for SS is not.
