Also it`s a deep night here so I`m sorry for lack of context.
All that items should be to concidered as Faction Items. Factions will hunt for ones that went away from it to the point of visiting tent.
Also, The Unity, Enclave, BoS, Raiders and VC will Shoot On Sight any player with such Items.
It can be implemented after implementing some NPC-Faction-based missions/quests.

Sorry but we got too much suggestions HIGHLY disscussed in toilet with brain smelld enough shit.
Also one thing : We do not need more crafting , because its painfull enough.

Sorry, but i must say something about
the Gauss Pistol. Making it craftable would mean making it easy to find, and such ruining the weapon (atleast for me)
The Pulse weapons. They are based on PreWar tech that was lost, and were prototypes even during the war.
Armorer. NO PA in this game. Atleast not in armorer. I suggested some time ago to make a new profession, Power Armor Technician, that allowed players to create and scavenge various Power Armor pieces (the servos, MF pack, hull, and things like that) and then assemble them in a Power Armor.

Those items should be obtainable but not by crafting. Crafting is currently easily abusable (zillion of miner/crafter alts multilogged). Some mega hard quest or glow like dungeon IMHO should have them. Resulting in about 2 or more hours of playing (not watching timer) to obtain such a powerfull item. Which currently is applicable for gauss pistoll. But it is very booring to walk for two hours in two map squares. And i dont think that power armor is more imba than mercs. At least turboplasma would allow new kind of close range builds. Pulse weaponry might be little imba this time.

Totally agree, unless it's craftable with some elements that you can obtain only through event/managing to hold town for X time/totally random like the gauss itself. And it would be cool if the others uber tier weapons were also obtainable in the same way than gauss right now.
But if it's too easy to get, if there are too many in the waste, it become just another regular weapon, and it spoil all the fun.

Professions are already a bad idea, and the devs are removing the third level and replacing them with blueprints so that you have to find those to make BA or avenger miniguns for example.

The general idia was not to make more uber-items, it was to make NPC factions more lively since to keep that items you have to remain member of faction and to live as faction member. (Items tracked by factions)

Alts alts alts, it won't help, people will just make their crafters members of the NPC factions to get the uber items and farm them.

I like the idea of 4th level of profession since my guy is a crafter and I guess I'm one of the few to not use alts. But I have a few suggestions instead of being able to craft a guass pistol how about your able to repair it fully in which case you see one in a vendor but it is fully broken why not be able to repair fully and why not be able to craft 2mm ec becuase 25 ammo not alot to use and what ammo is the hk g11 going to use you should be able to craft 4.7mm too and get rid of hk g11e and energy weapons yeah you should be able to make the turbo plasma rifle and possibly the gatling laser and you should be able to craft only the pulse pistol the pulse rifle too powerfull and why not just introduce regular power armor into the game yeah it makes you a tank but when you get it finally it would be like a weight off your shoulder and why not make the PA run on micro fusion cells and break down easily and you can't repair it becuase lets face perhaps the BEST thing about fallout is power armor.

there`s another unnoticed part:
NPC faction comes to any point of the map to take item back so you can`t hold it like you can now

And if i must really say something, Power Armor had been, ummmh, "replicated" from Wasteland. Replicated is a good word.
