a zombie/ghoul invasion just like the enclave vs ncr taking place in vault city.
we would need lower weapons/armor and weaker enemys. the ghould would come by meelee or only few shotguns/assault rifles.
it would be a really nice event along with a bloodbath -> which i think every1 likes who play this game
