I am suggesting the ability to get tattoos.
It wouldn't change the appearance of your character but rather give your character some extra description info.
Now lets say we put a new NPC in saaay... Gecko, a ghoul that can give people tattoos. (Including CH1 characters because a ghoul can't exactly reject you because you're ugly.)
So he would charge say, 500 caps for a tattoo and you get to choose what you want it to say. (Maybe a maximum of 10 characters so people can't have fdsdezdfgsfdfesghdbrfbnftgbhgrdfgbdrgae tattoos.)
Now you will have a little extra info in your character description, here's an example.
You see Christine, she looks unhurt. She has a Big Momma tattoo.
I'd guess Tattoo removal should cost a high amount of caps due to it being a delicate procedure that takes time and effort, like 5k maybe?
What do you guys think?

Haha, it wouldn't state where on your body the tattoo was of course.

As V said, mechanics for tatoos is done since some time, including slaver tatoo, which is finally visible to others (and it's waiting for update, as usual :P); i think only thing left is some detail in dialog and finding good place for NPC(s).

Nice we really need a description for slavers and having said that the char has a tattoo in the description would be the best. This would give a lot of extra thing in playing slaver characters.

Sixth level of Glow sounds reasonable enough. This would make tattoo business unique and worthy, wouldn't it? :>

Den and New Reno seems like natural places, but there is enough NPCs without dialog to give them generic dialog (guys near Hub workbench, any guy/chick on Tanker, Scavenger, and so on).
No idea who told you that it has to be something "special", but try at least once to wait with your usual trash posts until it will be ingame.

Currently slaver tattoos aren't visible in any other way. This will make it so you CAN tell if someone has a slaver tattoo.
