Title: Lock picking and car keys

I would like to know if it is possible to pick a cars trunk with 85 lock pick skill and have no keys in your inventory or hand slot, Is this even able to happen?

its even able with 5 % skill :D

i lockpicked 2 hummers and 1 haywayman with 26% but i cant lockpick hummer truck with 120% + ex lockpick set ;/
