Ok so i died in broken hills by a pker and i was spawned all the way up by vault city!
Is that the only place to spawn?
Modoc is less distance and yet you spawn by modoc if you die there?
So is there no respawn by broken hills.
If there isnt There should be.

It was done due to the fact, that Broken Hills is one of the most interesting places for PvP (not in my opinion though) and the people that were killed there are getting back too fast. IIRC, there was a respawn nearby long time ago, but it didn't worked well, so it was by replaced with a respawn far away.

I noticed that if i die north or BHills Or Inside i spawn up in VC area, and NCR in the south of BHills.

Yeah, when you're travelling to VC it's much faster to go punch somebody in Broken Hills and be respawned.

So, Devs had two choices
Delete the BH respawn so people aren't going right back to the town after death(The consequence being people can just die in BH if they traveling to VC)
or leave the respawn and let people go back to BH after respawn. (Consequence people can get back possibly quickly enough to troll alot)
Where is the choice where they could just... move the spawn a little farther away?

already suggested a new respawn, i think it will be implemented

The spawn was removed due to hypothetical downsides of its existence, but if you examine the case more properly, going back to town quicker for fighters isn't a downside. It would make people who want to PvP do it more intensively indeed, and since many people are complaining about how the game is boring due to all this waiting, it would just be a better thing to do. Fights would be longer in BH.
