so if nobody know - last month in byelorussia is some kind of *revolution* or etc.
if u want know more info - use google, hope u ll find some info.
like i see news in some areas banned from use for other part of world users.
massive arrests is typical in byelorussia, and this 1 picture is 1 in thouthands arrests last month.
people in police uniform or typical non-uniform guys taking to car all citizens that look strange or etc.
