Title: Charismatic Dealer

I was thinking about some way which will enable all 1CH apes to trade with NPC.
Right now all of them need to eat MENTATS or players need to use alts.

After Wipe we will see Buck-up perks so i suggest to add the Charismatic Dealer perk to that list:

Charismatic Dealer:
"You know how to talk with people. You gain +2 to your charisma for the purposes of Charisma checks when trying to trade with NPCs."

This perk could be a small step which will help with alts problem.

Hes talking about new perk tree, supportive or backup perks, so his suggestion is valid. Could be a useful perk

If it doesn't take a slot from for example outdoors or carryweight perks, it's ok. Otherwise most will just take mentats.

It could become a good 3rd level perk for some characters. I support the idea.

or a bonus or quest perk, like the Slaver perk

Just remember to make it available at 3 lvl. Otherwise it won't be worth taking for most of the time.
