Title: Finesse on EW and RL

As far as Ive heard, all that the Finesse trait does, as far as penalty goes, is that it adds a 30% damage resistance rating to whathever target you hit. However taking into consideration both EW and RL don´t do normal dmg... Are those guns supposed to still do lesser dmg with due trait or not? Thanks in advance

Finesse applies to all weapons.

Yep, zuhardu is right. Personally I wouldn't suggest you to take finesse on EW or RL.

I think that finesse is a waste of trait.
Eventually you could "try" to use it with:

coz its ammo have awesome DR modifier [-50].

I'm wondering if DR can be negative after ammo mods.

Minimum DR is zero for anything, it can't go negative.

Thats a decent cripplers weapon if not for the shitty range.

AP rockets have a huge armor penetrating capabilities, negating -50 DR is just wrong thus using it in conjunction with Finesse would end up braking even I think,  unless the added DR from finesse cant be negated using ammo or criticals, which would then suck way too much
