Title: Keep bad rep if kill/attack in protected town

I bet this has been suggested already, but there has to be a change.

Protected towns have been created for reasons, but people can still die there from assassains who deal high damage, so
if some one kills in a protected town, they keep their bad rep with the Faction who owns that town, and the more they kill in that town, the more bad rep get and cannot get good rep back.

Seriously, assassins can just rerack up rep easily, and like I said, Protected towns need to be more peaceful.

What if they accidentally shoot a troll thief they thought was unprotected, or accidentally lag on a brahmin gate, and become Antipathy? The game can't tell the difference between just shooting someone and shooting a troll that was trying to trick you.

Maybe it should only be you keep your bad rep if you continuisly attack/kill people

10 AG 10 PE 5 ST alts with 0 rep with tagged 60% SG will burst you with AR if something really bad will happen to suicidal killers.

he is saying that people would just make lame bluesuits alts to suicide burst if this suggestion was to happen which would just add more alts .....

well yeah, the theifs and trolls and suiciders are just some jackassess
anyway, suiciders too, but stay put, just move out of town

It has been suggested, but it's still a very good idea.  If some form could be implemented.  I know that alts will still arise.  A possible limit to characters is an option, not a great one but still.  In whatever form, it should also extend to thieves and door blockers.  (I know they do get neg rep but it should last as long as any other rep changes do.)

The only reason I did this suggestion is because some Jackass named Cyberdyne continusely suicide killed me, and that is annoying, until that dork FINALLY ragequit :3

Alts should be limited..
Maybe 3 alts limit?

Careful Pk's have a hard time considering any idea that might cut into their 'fun'.  And in a beta-test it's really hard to have a 'useless' suggestion, some may have better potential.  I still agree that something that helps balance out the pk'n of lowbies is what will help save this game.
