Buy a chair which is comfortable for you to sit on and you won't have a bad back.

LagMaster, for example me. I am 200cm tall in real life and i have back hurt every day. It will be never better and with age it will be even worse. So my advice for you is: Start doing something better with your body when youre young, and dont sit in front of your computer so long!

Go running, it sucks but some like it.
Other way is to do something else laborious regularly. Human body isn't simply meant to sit all day long but run, lift, drag and struggle.

Buy a chair which is comfortable for you to sit on and you won't have a bad back.

Any suggestions?

you mean 5 hours consecutively? are you retard?
you must never stay in the same position for more than one hour, also, how do you do it? i cant stay sitted in front of my PC screen (wich is the one for my 360 too) for more than 1 hour, i get tired of be sitted there, my ass cant handle that, i always do some excercise or go walk in the street.

If you want to NEVER feel any ache sitted in a chair (no matter if its electric or confortable) you must go to walk or do some light job for 10min every 1hour of static position, or even make something to eat, or give you time to pee. Excercise dont kill no-lifers.

When i got my drawing tablet i was confronted with discomfort while sitting at my computer and had the same problem, i also had pain in the waist.

Few suggestions: If you can set your chairs height, try it a little bit higher or lower to get more comfortable with your arms. If your arms cant lie on the desk or something your whole body will bent to the front, caussing your back to get pressured which can hurt with time. Also dont try to sit too layed back and whatever you do, don't you ever bent the fuck towards your screen with your neck, its poison for every bone in that region.

Comfortable chair and comfortable position works for me. (5-15 hours a day for 7 years)

Use bed + notebook combo
I haven't found right position from which my neck or other body parts weren't in pain when using this combination (I haven't even figured out how to read in bed), so I stick with the chair + table combo.
