you need to make carry weight tank, and steal it from enclave base, easy as it sounds :)

Wipe take it all away.  Could be a nice picture edit.  Sure hope a GM didn't just give it to him.  That would kinda blow the whole impartial thing out the window.

Sneak + CW tank makes it easy to "walk out" with the vertibird, they will think it is a floating vertibird :D
