Title: Does swift learner perk work ?

Please guys don't tell me that i have taken this perk for nothing.... it shoulda been red'ed out like the sex perk if it does not. The only reason i am getting mad now, its because i am already level 10. and cannot make a new chr without shotting my self in the foot ... twice..... :)

yes, it works well , but 5% bunus exp is a bit hard to notice
