You also need at least -190 reputation in Raiders.

must be changed to 'not less than'

Yes, I noticed this a long time ago. Not sure but I think you can edit the wiki page by yourself and change it. (it's a wiki, isn't it)

wiki is locked due to vandalism and I havent used IRC for 15 years now
