WWP must be running around the caves and lately found the holy Vault Dweller's head statue, they approached it and BOOM/DEATH/LIGHTING! It looks good, but I really don't understand what's going on there.

What do you mean? I read the posts before say that it was a random encounter in Fallout 2.

It was the first special random encounter in Fallout 2 I encountered. There's a huge talking head statue and insists that he is the head of the Vault Dweller from Fallout 1.

Thx. I know from The Vault that you can steal 3 more rock chunks from him, but i'm not sure.
