I'm pretty excited about E3, as I'm sure at least some of you are, but I won't have cable for most of the days it's being broadcast. I hear it will be streamed on some sites (I think g4tv.com is covering a lot, if not all of it), but not everyone will be around to watch all the time. So once it starts, let's use this thread to post highlights, summaries, comments, etc. And if we do compile a large list of notes, I'll edit this post with cliffnotes.

i hate to see the big presentations of stupid titles like Gears of War 3 (50% more blood and now the the guys have phisic of shit, really) or COD MW 3 (Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 3, yes we kill two times the commie father and one the son, unfortunately we forget to kill his cousin), and little presentations for the games who really matters like F3EAR, or even Battlefield3 (it wont be announced like COD, it has less fans for consoles).

Maybe not Fuck You E3, but i must admit that is starting to be boring. I prefer Porno Oscar, like Reiniat ;)
However, i think that Modern Warfare 3 will be a quite good game. And you dont stand any chances, good games are thing that our insane gods didnt allow at E3... that's why you should vote Chlutulu as God, President and Saint!

Yes but will be able to dolphin dive as medic around the map reviving players while exploiting poor hitboxes and netcode and throwing grenades everywhere 300 meters away killing entire squads that are spread out and and and and and combat commander with free wallhacks and entire teams waiting for jets and and and stupid server rules about no base rape which goes agianst EA's server hosting ToS and and aaaaaaaaannnnnnnnnnnnnd.... no that's about it. Oh yeah we can spawn supply crates on enemy snipers and kill them or stat pad with c4/revive like all the pr0s. ^___^

OK i exagerate about the "fuck you E3" but im still hating it
about BF3, just imagine it, it sends to the hell every other FPS, imagine shot down snipers with your AS50 at 600m while they are jumping shoting the bullet 2sec in front of him and 10m upper, rape little guys with your M60 or your SAW dealing 200 rounds in his bodyes in less than 6sec, headshot guys with the grenade launcher, shot down helicopters with anti materiel armament, burn guys to dead with flamethrowers, pulling out the brains of your enemyes with your Neostead, and russians with red berets looking pzycho, and spotters blowing up buildings with mortar attacks killing all his ocupants while F-16 are flying in the skye dropping nukes in a extasis of wargasm, spreading death and destruction in the middle of the battlefield
HOLY SHIT I CANT WAIT TO GET THIS GAME

For me E3 is mostly about announces of the new games and revealing of more details on the announced games.
I'm waiting this E3 because of my expectations about PV13. I hope they will reveal some more info about it. Heck, they have to show something! Well, if they actually have something to show.
And of course I can't wait to see some gameplay of the Mass Effect 3...

Honestly, it's an amazing game... I've played tons of RPGs and this one comes to the top of my list before Elder Scrolls 3 and Fallout.

Well, Mass Effect 2 wasnt exacly a RPG, you just enter and kill. After you finish the story everything else finishes with it. So... Mass Effect is WAY better Mass Effect 2. The only good thing in Mass Effect 2 was the graphic.
However, as a good unable-to-headshot without pratcise i want to play the Omni-tool game.

I don't understand... so basically just because there is slightly more combat in ME2 it was not an RPG? There were several times through combat you got Choices and your actions correlated with the ending, Even more outside of Combat(That may or may not affect the upcoming conflict/combat), and I have no doubt like ME1 to ME2 your choices will carry over to ME3...
Maybe the problem is that there wasn't much exploration and everybody is pissed about the planet scanner and are taking it out on combat vs rpg ... ;D

Probably. However, at the end, the choices you make in ME2 outside combat are just to modify your karma, giving you a cyborg badass apperance.

If you honestly think ME is the pinnacle of cRPGs then you didn't play many of 'em.

Well, i dont think it's the pinnacle, i just said it's a good game.
Plus, as the pinnacle i should consider Fallout2 or Fallout, maybe The Elder Scrolls 2 and 3 (waiting for 5, hoping for it to not be like oblivion)

Fallout, Arcanum and Planescape Torment are usually considered the "Pinnacle" of the genre.

mass effect 3 the new way of rpg. Kill people with a holo sword, level up your super powers for even more win.
And i loved how they said now guns are even more hard hitting, as if the game aint easy enough. I didnt have high hopes for it but why dumb it even more down?
The days where rpg actully was rpg seems to be long gone now its about most effects(Better graphics) or kills that look great.
Skyrim well its bethesada so i expect lines from npcs to be like this: Have you seen any dragons? Horrible creatures.

HOLY MOTHER OF GOD (its a joke i will not get sobreexalted ;D) Farcry2 is one of the best games ever made, but from the original Farcry, by crytek i only like the Instints Evolution, the others, and especially the Vengance are just shit.
The combat style of FC2 is one of the best in all the games (including BF and Halo) and is very crude, and violent (you get a shot? stop of cry and use this tool to pull out the bullet. are you dying? inject yourself with morphine and go back to the battle), but this FC3 looks like a continuation of FC1 with the controls of the FC2, i like that.
And the mapper, the holy mapper, Halo forge is a tiny baby against the mappers from Ubisoft
FC2 is one of those good games that nobody plays, in 360 server there are only 100-200 players online......
About Mass Effect....the ME2 is very boring, all the combat is very repetitive, you get bored of combat in the first stage of the game, the romance, and speaking system give the game a breath, but the imposibility of explore kill it. , ME1 was good to explore, unfortunately the controls were shit, and the game was really bugged.
If you want RPGs play Fallout, Diablo etc.
and about PV13 IT WILL NEVER COME OUT!!!! now dont cry, we have fonline

-engineer, sub machine gun and repair or destroy vehicles
-recon, sniper rifle and C4
-support, heavy machine gun, can give ammo, and deploy the tripod of his machine gun
There is now suppressive fire, if you shot burst above ennemie's head, he will have trouble to aim.
For the vehicle: they regenerate themselves, probably very slowly. They laso are less likely to explode: if your APC eat a rocket in the face, the driver will die and it won't be able to move, but the gunner will still be able to shot and the passenger will survive. This to encourage the use of transport vehicle and the teamplay.

????No medic....Guys with machineguns carrying ammo...Medics wearing assault rifles....????
in my opinion the system used in the Bad companys was the best, also assault should be called medic...and support, i dont know. it dont fits with a name.
lol more time to revive downed allies, even now with the instareviving no one cares for his teammates, this way medics will never revive people.
vehicles regenerating sounds ilogical and bad, i hope the rate will be really low
APC and another transport vehicles long life is already implemented in the 360 version of BC2, it helps a lot.
At last...a use for that ugly tripod
