Why is it so extremely heavy? maybe a little lighter (like half) would be better.

Because rope IS fucking heavy? Ever tried carrying 40 feet worth of strong thick rope before???? We're lucky it's as light as it is now.... xD
I see where you coming from though. I love slaver builds :) And rope carryweight is sometime a problem on long runs.

Thats what i do now. It would be awesome if they made trading with slaves easier, like an alt-click "Pick this up" command and maybe a way to easily drop items too. Slaving is what i enjoy most in the game, just rope weight is annoying...

Then I am really screwed because i can't carry all the rope to get the slaves i need. So I must go to the car, get 2 rope, get 2 slaves, go back to car, get more rope, give to slaves, get more rope from car, go hunting again and hope slave wont die... see how this could become tedious?

Only argument against this is realism due to what is in the description, which is barely an argument at all, so I agree, make it a bit lighter.

It probably shouldn't take 45 feet of rope to do whatever it is you do to enslave people

i got an ideea, how about we do pit encounters: like caves but with a hole in the the middle of the map, not at the side
diference?
1. you will allways find something down there
2. you will use a rope on it and you can't recover it
3. loot and mobs are way better than in a cave
