Title: Hello All!!

Hello everyone im new to FO Online and am super psyched that i found it!! ive played fallout 2 but not online, im wondering if anyone can help me. i have yet to find people and am just wondering if i am in single player mode. thanks for answers!!

Go into a major town.  Particularly:  NCR, Hub, Vault City.  There you will meet plenty of people.

well when you meet a player you will be in half on the ground and a guy will walk over and will **teabag**

hi and welcome :)
read wiki, it will help you a lot in the beginning. Also, you can search topics on this forum, as not everything works the same as in fallout 1&2..
