Title: Pyromaniac Perk

I suggest to change it because now its totally useless perk now its give like 10-15 dmg more?
Let say
First option its give +20% base crit rate for fire based weapons or
2nd option -1ap cost for attack from fire based weapons.
3rd option its just boost that perk

I think its enough to make people to take that perk and its not so over power, seriouly when flamer have only 5 range and dont do so much damage
