Title: Mercenary Customization

i think there should be a broader selection of mercenaries and you can choose:
1) what gun they come with(no rare guns)
2)whats their hp range(strong weak average)
3)skill(terrile ok master or in between them)
4)sex(male female)
5)whats armor they come with(no power armor/BH armor no ranger armor)
6)if possoble whats are their tags(sg,bg,melee,ect)

the follower system will be different after wipe and iirc mercs will be max level so points 2 and 3 probably wont mean much
