Title: how can learning Armor3 ?helpme,please.

my character:
ST7, IN10.
Repair160,Scince80,Armor2

I already give 60 MFC to the old man(guard wear a robe),and allowed into it.what should i give for learn armor3 skill?

helpme,please. :'(

ou need 180 repair

talk to fella in the hangar and pay him the needed caps
