ability to re-key a vehicle, trunk or most locks in order to have a key or 3 again.

for when you leave your key in some random encounter right?

if you want copy of your key in real you go with key itself to the keycopier or  just go and say : "hello me want key to my car - hand me the key and i'll copy it

how about you go up to the guy in Reno who copies keys and sells cars...

then say, "I want to re-key my locks and ignition, I lost my key."
he replies, "Aight' that'll be 3000 clams."

Re-key the trunk and ignition for your vehicle, receive a new key 3000-5000caps in Reno

It will be possible to change locks for cars after the wipe (and gain new key).
