Title: Guarded Trading

When You Are Trading With A Trader Who Has Guards, And If Someone Steals From You, The Guards Will Shoot At The Theif. Example: The Gun Shop At NCR, Plenty Of Guards, So When Someone Steals From You In There They Will Be Shot (Im Not Sure If This Idea Was Made Already..But Ill Try Presenting It)
