I've been away for a while.
Why polish section is gone?

It was removed because of excessive amount of trollism and rule breaking.
There is a 2238 zone for Polacks outside fonline2238.net, link is in my signature.

Actually it's not limited to 2238, for example it has a lot of useful content for developers, much more than you could find here.
