Title: Crit based sniper build

I've searched other sniper build topics but found that none of them to my liking
what I am looking for is a build where it require no drugs, purely relies on crits, and does not do aimed shots
any suggestions?

Funny joke, the only way your going to get alot of crits is with aiming silly. You could do some gay build with finesse 3x more crit and 10 luck for 35% crit on torso but thats terrible.

darn it.. so is there a way to get 2 aimed shots in without drugs then?

u can do 2 aimed shoots in eyes, but it demands 2 action boys, BroF and jet, as for me 2 action boys is a waste of perks, there some much more usefull perks for sniper than action boy
