Title: Quests for skins

I see from time to time guys that have other than default skins. I think this feature is cool, why not to add quests for additional skins?
It could be done quite easily, some quest in glow gives a player mutant skin, a quest that requires unarmed fighting and gym training gives metzeger skin etc.
Loved to see that in game.

just wait for 3d to come and you will be able to have any skin :> Almost any...

Yes, that's not going to get implemented bacause 3D is coming soon. In the meantime it's doubtful that players get the ability to change skins, as there aren't any full-set skins available.
