You build your tent with 10 brahmin hides using science...
I think that you should be able to use science on your current
tent to obtain 10 new hides. Ofcourse your tent will disappear
but you will get 10 hides, tell me what you think!

I'd say yes for such feature, but I don't think that it should be 10 hides. It should be something between 3-9, depending on your luck and repair skill (repair for check if you can disassemble everything correctly, and luck for check if you are lucky enough and wouldn't break everything while dissembling your tent)

6 hides or something that way. Couse you put em together and take them off would rip off a little so...

No stat involvement with a straight 0-7 possible hide recovery. You bring stats into it, and people are gonna powergame it. Keep it random.

Nah. It should be 10. Easier to move your tent or quickly add your friend into it without having to risk being swamped and killed by brahmin because you had to get another 10 hides. (Yes, I know, killed by Brahmin. It's shameful.)

The reason why no such feature is in the game is because we don't know how to do it: Using the tent walls isn't possible. Adding some other item to use feels strange, etc. The only way I could imagine this, was with adding a caravan cart to use. But here the problem is, from where the hell is that thing coming if you build a tent. This led me to another idea: Building a tent will require brahmin hides and a caravan car (with the hides in it's trunk). Though, I bet players wont like that, as it makes it harder to build a tent.

would be a reason to use the bank to store the caps needed for a caravan but iirc the only places to obtain them right now are junktown and ncr?

"Back in the day", the Car was made a companion to simplify implementation (or was it the Trunk?), which of course caused problems.
Those problems seem to have been fixed.
So make it that Tents are companions that don't move, and you can only have one of them.
When you "/remove tent", done in the tent area itself by its creator, the "companion" is removed from your character record and a "GM command" is executed that drops the 0-7 hides that you get from destroying the tent.
Just like the way GMs make stuff during events.
"/remove tent" would use a modified version of "~disband party"

What about adding a tanned hide or something like this (we could also remove the hide from this wooden construct):

I know the scenery object for this exists but i cant find an image of it now.
This object could be placed next to the tent and if used/skill[repair]/skill[science] you disassamble the tent.
You might even make a little dialog to prevent unwanted disassambling "Do you really want to disassamble your tent ? Your tent will be lost if you leave this location" if you dont like the safety trough skill usage.

Tanned hide looks somewhat out of place. It's easier and more convenient to use the scenery that is already on the "tent" map. There is a few more objects, which have no aim - broken box, mat and a bonfire. You can use any of them for the purpose of the tent disassembling, or just put a box with tools in the tent. It should look obvious, that for disassembling you will need some tools.
