Title: Penetrate perk for Spiked Knuckles.

Spiked Knuckles need "Penetrate" perk i got some reasons why it needs it.
- Makes more sense with those damn sharp spikes on it.
- More weaker weapon have "Penetrate" perk (Switchblade)
- Little help for HtH builds (And even Spiked Knuckles got Penetrate mostly players still use Haymaker i think)

I think most guys are against this (Because everyone hates those HtH guys at mines), but still it would give bit better adventage for HtH against other players.

Well... no. Spiked knuckles are cheap as soap, no point in making them powerfull. (Mega) power fist can deal a-lot-o-damage. If crafting them would just be more sane... Lv3 energy expert to make a hth weapon? You don't need a prof to make a supersledge.

Most guys would hate it because they fear that someday a HtH guy could kill their gunslinger char.
But i support this. Its not a big buff but reasonable and realistic.

HtH can even now kill gunslinger easily with proper build.

melee\unarmed need an overhaul change to keep them at the same level as bg\sg
