Title: Can't enslave

For some reason I can't enslave anymore.

I enslaved critters before and got 4 slaves back in my tent, so the problem isn't me.
When I try to use rope on knocked out slaveable critters it says "that does nothing.", what is wrong?

even  if they aren't with you, you have filled up your follower limit.

Yes, look at the wiki about slavery fro slaveable critters

1. Check the wiki if the NPC really is enslavable.
2. Do you have enough charisma? With 9 charisma, you can take 4 mercs/slaves, but to get 5 you will need 9 charisma and magnetic personality.
3. Please note, if you take 4 slaves to the tent, but your max follower amount is 4, you must kill or release a slave to get another one.
 3.a There's also a possibility you have a slave/merc stuck in a encounter. I am pretty sure there was a command that allows to disband all invisible followers, but can't find it now.

Nope, IIRC there was another command to disband all followers who are not in your line of sight.
