Title: Only trade time limit if someone else is trying to trade. + longer time limit.

I have a suggestion here.
Now please note that we all have different views on things so please don't insult
me with for example "ooh my god this is fucking stupid" or something like that.
It's just ridiculous to do that, insteed be mature and respect others thoughts.

I think that "trade time limit" only should start if anyone else is trying to trade.
Like if you are alone trading... then you should have unlimited time but if someone
attempts to trade (right click on the trader) then the time limit starts.

+ I want the time limit to be longer because it's impossible to trade if you want something at the bottom of the list.

Tell me what you think.

It should actually be shorter if this is implemented.
Protip: Use shift+mouse wheel to scroll pages in barter window.

barter skill doesn't actually change it

Barter skill does change it.
My 9 CH build has a barter skill of around 50 and has around 50 seconds of trading time.
30 seconds seems default, I'm guessing that at some point higher barter skills starts to count.

This part, I agree 100% with.
For the other part, 30 is fine beause you can raise your skill level.
But the part I quoted is a pure great suggestion.
