Title: how do i put a mod addon on

i got this cool looking mod  it make the item look alot  better and a scoped  too how do i add them on to my game please help

Refine your question, because noone can know what do you mean. To "add it to your game" for example any intrface, you have to put some graphic and one text file into data\art\intrface.

i have socpe and  item interface addon  but i dont know how to put it on the game

Download other interface look in the faction.ini with what they come with.For example you can get Evil Interface.
