Title: Ban those pathetic shiteaters. - grid campers - exploit.

They camped Hinkley gird and shoot everybody on sight. -> They blocked hinkley.
Here are screens with date/time.
Ban them.

Of course you can "pwn everyone" but its gridcamping+blocking Hinkley

Today you will "pown" them as you do ussualy right ? And yesterday they will be there too...Solution ? Dont think so

I ran into him in the Hub recently.
He walked next to me, touched me before I could leave the trade window. Than he knew I was unprotected and him and his buddy Alayen killed me.
I don't mind getting killed or losing a few k in stuff, I do mind if it's due someone using an exploit.

Post by: VongJin on March 16, 2011, 01:41:30 pm: as far i know grid camping became forbidden due to loading screen freeze issue. And now, when the root of the problem is fixed, i don't see a reason to keep a status of explot on camping grids anymore. Ofc its only my own opinion :P

Post by: Nyarla on March 19, 2011, 07:40:35 pm: you dont bring guns or armor to hinkley, so unless you are an unarmed build, you have no chance against an armed player who is waiting to burst you on sight (unless he is a newby with 40 hp) and since no one brings loot to hinkley, campers will not gain any profit from camping there, so we can say that they do it just to annoy other players and they must be banned for this. this is my opinion.

you dont kill anyone just see the mayhem
you will be killed by more mercs getting in the map like hordes
there is no pvp here
game freeze is a BUG

what are really the S8 purpose?
get funny by dont do nothing?
show they have power to do that... without do anything?
or is the normal human behavior: do something for prove you can do it, the path of hapiness is the power, show your power and youre happy

now i think that mers should be completely eliminated from the game for estability purposes, is the best solution but is unaceptable

And I imagine that the load screen however unavoidable was not put there to be used as a cheap easy way for anyone, mercs or players to abuse other players. And do not mistake this as anything other than abuse. Some people may find it funny, but there are people out there who find stabbing innocent things funny too. Hinkley is a pvp area, but I'm pretty sure it's on the inside not out of the gate.

The only true funny thing about the camping is that the people doing it actually think they're badass.

There should be a packet send to server when loading is done completly (this means game is already drawing world), and after that server could promptly place character in world and allow interaction.
