Please create a keyboard button that will activate the item player is holding in his 1st inventory slot, something similar to attack button [a].

good suggestion, simple assign to [a] not only attack, but whatever action the item in your hand has (you have to have still set the proper action).

wonderful idea, and also if it come to shortcuts
please make shortcut for accept when going out with your leader to world map, it`s very difficult to click that small button in higher resolution

Yeah, this would allow to shovel brahmin shit for new players more effectively. Its pretty awful to be clickin all the time on your toolbar and screen.
