Title: What is the cooldown on the still?

First time I used it I got 3 rotguts in a row, now I can only get one at a time. This is making flamer fuel really annoying to make.

I think it's bugged or something randomly. Sometime I make 10 row guts in a row and sometimes it just sucks after 1or 2 pieces.
