Title: NCR HtH Arena

There is terminal on fence, it could work smiliar as doors works in Hinkley.
It would teleport only bluesuits in to the cage, no weapons allowed.
Inside cage people could fight each other without NPC reaction.
Respawn isnt so far from NCR so we wont need special respawn in town.

Metzger know how to handle this bussiness but this dude from NCR doesnt.
My solution is that he could rent his cage or make new bussiness wtih HtH fights.

It's better to add features to another towns that arent popular as NCR (Like Modoc, Gecko, Klamath.. etc)

This towns wont get any usefull feature coz they are TC/PVP towns.

Afterall ill suggest HtH fightclub in San Francisko. Just add some terminal coz fighting ring is already there.

Oh, right. But i think fighting ring would be better, it could make SF more popular, people will split between NCR and SF.
