keeps saying minimum time from one computer to one account is 10 min what does that mean?

It means what it says. You must wait 10 minutes to login.

nah its a bug, i had same problem, even other people could log in on my accounts, and i couldnt log in on any of the no matter how many time i waited. Try reinstalling the game, it didint help for me personally but it did for others, for me it got fixed automatically with next update..

If reinstalling doesn't work, make sure you remove cache files.

Do you have dynamic or static IP?

The the same exact problem, only appeared from the last update, and reinstalling the game doesn't work.

I'm having same problem, tried running the game from a different disk, it works, I can login, on the other disk I been getting that 10min thing ever since last update

Ok, that worked for me as well, the temporary solution is to drop the FOnline folder to a different disk and run it from there.
