I've heard a few different things about vehicle visibility on the world map, but I figured I'd come here for a bit of peace of mind on the matter.
My question is:
If you park your car in a random spot on the world map, can others see it? If it's more complicated than just "yes" or "no", further detail would be greatly appreciated on whether they can see if after 15 mins or something. Thanks a bunch.

You will see it at long at is there, only in first 10 min somebody can get there by encounter.

They can't see it BUT they can encounter it in random encounter if they have luck (and if you haven't ;p)

meet players 2 times near my car , that i left nearby town.

Okay, so no-one can see it unless they encounter it, correct? I have 10 luck so my chances of it getting found are slim, yes?
Also - just magically saw a car blip on the map, but that might be because I was just in an encounter while driving my cockroach. Any input?
